Ricky realized as a young adult he was also a people person. It was then he decided to combine his passion and natural gift of gab, he took the path to the hospitality industry.
A graduate of Florida State, he double majored in hospitality and business. With 35 years of experience he has worked in fine dining, full service, catering, and quick service. He understands the industry inside and out.
After many years of working for someone else he has decided to fulfill his dream and open his own catering business. Ricky’s creative creations coupled with his savvy approach are the perfect combination to deliver a one of kind experience to any event.
